Asavet Charities and Dr. Karter Neal
Our veterinary partner, Asavet Charities, is coming to a community near YOU with their mobile unit to provide low-cost spay/neuter services. Working with local rescues, businesses and sponsors, Asavet tackles animal overpopulation issues. With the ability to travel to under-served and high need areas, they have an impact on pets receiving proper medical care so more pets stay in their homes and don’t end up in local shelters.

Zoomie Has Crossed The Bridge
We are so incredibly sad to report, we had to let Zoomie cross the Rainbow Bridge. After a year in foster with Courtney and Rob K., we could not get his puncture wounds healed. We decided it was better to relieve his suffering and pain. Our heartfelt thanks and condolences go out to Courtney and Rob K. who fell in love with this sweet boy and showed him a wonderful home life. We send a special thanks to Dr. Karter Neal and her staff at Santa Cruz Veterinary Clinic for the wonderful care of Zoomie. We also extend gratitude to Dr. Kelly Barrett of Kindred Spirits for her compassionate care in helping Zoomie to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. Run pain free Zoomie! Until we meet again!
